Steve joined the group as non-Executive Chairman in 2009 after a successful career in the software and tech sector. Steve has been instrumental in building the management team, driving growth internationally and, in recent years, supporting the development of Green Room’s renowned capabilities in human centric design and digital transformation.
In 2014 he led a buy-out of the business and took on the role of Group CEO.
Trained with PwC, Nadine is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and brings 20 year’s outside practice experience across FTSE and AIM listed companies, also investor backed start-up businesses. Nadine has been Finance Director with Green Room for 9 years.

Andy is an expert in strategy, creative, marketing and experience design, making sure we deliver value at every stage of a brand’s lifecycle across the full user journey.

Catherine has nearly two decades of experience in cultivating long-term relationships with brand teams across the globe. Cat leads a team of Client Services Managers focused on ensuring the experience of working with Green Room is second-to-none, overseeing world-class output and ensuring the lives of our clients are made easier.
Head of Digital
Rachel’s passion is in digital and experiential marketing. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked on global brands in fashion, athleisure, F&B, luxury and automotive in Client Service, Digital and Producer roles for 20 years.
Rachel leads a team of digital talent at Green Room focused on blending the on and offline to deliver the optimum omni experience for consumers.
Head of New Business and Marketing
Oliver heads up our New Business and Marketing team, working to introduce Green Room to new clients across the globe. He brings a wealth of knowledge in business development and digital marketing to the table, as well as a natural passion for building new relationships.
