UK, Birmingham (November 2018) – Green Room, the award-winning human experience design studio, has appointed Martyn Palmer to head its digital experience strategy and growth.
Based in Birmingham; Green Room’s UK headquarters, Palmer will lead the group’s architecture, strategic development and integration of digital solutions designed to place the customer at the heart of their client’s omnichannel experience.
“Martyn has a strong background in leading new digital propositions in businesses across both pure play digital, mixed disciplined agencies and more recently, driving unique content that is so important in effective engagement.” Said Green Room’s managing partner; Catherine Lucas. “This combined skillset will be a great asset to our business and help us to further improve our overall client proposition.”
Martyn joins Green Room with over 12 years’ experience in digital technology, having defined platforms, content and customer experience strategy for various FTSE 100 companies, latterly being responsible for creating innovative digital solutions for brands such as Triumph Motorcycles, Pentland Group and Jaguar Land Rover. In his new capacity he will spearhead digital excellence across Green Room’s growing international client portfolio.
