We’re looking for a Conceptual Creative Director who’s as passionate as we are about #humanexperience
Experience in the retail industry is essential and you will also have an integrated, channel-neutral and global mindset with a proven track record of generating innovative and progressive concepts that are on-brand and on-strategy for a range of international clients and categories including luxury, automotive and athleisure.
Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, this role is at the centre of our creative output and has creative responsibility across all our studios and is accountable for the quality of our creative strategy and design output.
An all involving hands on role, you will work closely with the Client Services Director and team, reimagining the future of how brands connect with their audience, generating and developing powerful creative campaign and experience concepts through an integrated, channel-neutral and global mindset.
This role requires adeptness at evolving concepts into channel activations from physical retail through to ecom, social and experiential.
This role takes responsibility for growing a ‘culture-of-creativity’ by leading and mentoring talent, developing the creative teams and setting expectations across the studio as a whole – building the team of the future in line with our strategic plan for growth.
The role operates at a senior level in the business working with other Directors and senior managers and is actively involved in the delivery of our mission and business strategy.
