Steve joined the group as non-Executive Chairman in 2009 after a successful career in the software and tech sector. Steve has been instrumental in building the management team, driving growth internationally and, in recent years, supporting the development of Green Room’s renowned capabilities in human centric design and digital transformation.
In 2014 he led a buy-out of the business and took on the role of Group CEO.
Catherine brings over 20 years’ delivering global brand and retail experience from both blue-chip companies, and one of world’s largest communication groups, to ensure Green Rooms expertise meets the future needs of the industry. Seeing both sides of the coin, she understands how to balance the requirement to drive innovation with the commercial business reality.
Chief Creative Officer
Mike spearheads Green Room’s creative vision utilizing a breadth of human centric strategies and retail knowledge. With over twenty-five years industry experience across 20 markets globally, Mike uses these skills to help brands spark, maintain and reinvigorate the relationship with their audience through all moments of contact.
Trained with PwC, Nadine is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and brings 20 year’s outside practice experience across FTSE and AIM listed companies, also investor backed start-up businesses. Nadine has been Finance Director with Green Room for 9 years.
Client Services Director
With a wide-ranging agency career and roles spanning Strategy, CRM and Client Services, Nikki has delivered for blue chip clients in more than 70 global markets. Both an analytical and creative thinker, Nikki focuses on driving insight, the catalyst for great work and even better relationships.
With over 30 year’s retail and business experience in operations, logistics and property, Philip led the Operations team at Green Room before taking up the role of Consulting Director. Prior to this, Philip has worked outside of the creative industry heading senior teams for world-leading retail brands across the entertainment and optical industry.
