Tennis campaign strategy for ASICS
We worked with Japanese sports brand ASICS to deliver a new, long-term campaign strategy, specifically for their tennis category. We then worked with the team in Central Europe to apply this campaign across all product stories and retail channels
Context
We took inspiration from ASICS’ brand message ‘I MOVE ME’, which focuses on the idea that the mind and body connect through movement.
Drawing on two key attributes in the game of tennis, speed and control, we devised our creative concept: ‘The Ball Waits for No One’.
The Result
Coco Vandeweghe, David Goffin and Julia Goerges joined us on court for a photoshoot, which would form part of our omni-channel campaign, launching ahead of the US Open.
We developed trial areas into the in-store retail experience, encouraged customers to train with the brand ambassadors while trialing the footwear, with step-by-step instructions and pro-tips.
