Nike Flyknit Experience
To launch their new ‘second skin’ Flyknit running shoes, Nike needed a memorable and visually striking pop-up experience to grab runners’ attention in five iconic cities: Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Milan and London.
We worked collaboratively with the Nike European Brand Design team to develop and deliver five uniquely unusual pop-up pavilions that would be placed in five exclusive, unforgettable locations across Europe.
The pop-ups needed to fully immerse runners in the brand and celebrate their latest showcase their Flyknit Lunar1+ collection.
We placed the pavilions in carefully selected locations to disrupt and ensure we left long-lasting memories with runners of all abilities long after the event.
To drive high levels of awareness and community engagement, runners in each of the locations were invited to the city locations via social media. Once inside, visitors were given the opportunity to trial the latest running shoes outdoors with no obligation to buy – something not typically available to consumers before purchase.
Prior to taking the new shoes out for a spin, visitors could get their Flyknit trainers steamed to achieve the perfect custom fit.
